Shots Fired | Lapwai, Idaho
The Nez Perce Tribal Police Department has been made aware of a “Shots Fired” call on March 13, 2024, with a discharge of a pellet gun in the vicinity of the Early Childhood Development Center (ECDP) in Lapwai, Idaho while children and staff were outside. Tribal Police is taking this matter seriously and are investigating the incident. The offender could face charges of Aggravated Battery and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
