I have been married to Lori Picard for 33 years. We have five children: K.C., Quanah, Krissy, Lori Lynn and Skylin. We are also blessed with eight grandchildren, Quanah, Kyella, Symon, Sydney, Sycily, Sypress, Skylin and Bobby, Jr.
My mother is Teddi (Allman) Picard, Nez Perce. My father is Gene Picard, Sr., Umatilla.
My grandparents are Marie (Arthur) Allman, Nez Perce; and Bill Allman, Sioux.
